How to use it?
Shake well, place the serving under the tongue and hold for 20 seconds or so before swallowing. Use daily for best results.
 
As with any of our hemp oil products, there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to dosage.  We recommend starting small for one week and then adjusting as needed.
